Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Functions: Perform various nursing tasks within the scope of LPN licensure, including administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with all members of the nursing team and adapt to changing day-to-day environments/clinical settings.
  • Confidentiality and Patient Rights: Maintain confidentiality and respect the rights of residents, family, employees, and facility information in accordance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Licensure: Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.

Work Environment:

This is a standard shift position, with opportunities to choose your own hours, including days, evenings, nights, and overnights. You will work in a supportive environment that feels like family and have the ability to commute or relocate to Buffalo, NY before starting work.
