Job Title: Lot Attendant

Job Summary:

The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed and priced, and that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in automotive sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

The Lot Attendant will work primarily outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
