Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head Cook/Kitchen Supervisor to transport food products safely and efficiently.
  • Follow Quest, local, state, and federal guidelines for the proper handling of food products.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with management and staff in both production and service areas.
  • Double-check the amount of food being transported to meet demands.
  • Work as a team player with all associates and managers in a professional manner.
  • Assist with the sanitation of the production kitchen and responsible for sanitary transport equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic and understand measurements and conversions.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Handler certification).
