This role may commence with pre-sales efforts and product showcases aimed at securing contracts, and consistently involves crafting comprehensive solutions for the complete order to cash cycle for our clients, focusing on the specific functionalities within the vendor-partner platform.

A profound knowledge of telecommunications and enterprise sectors is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in requirements gathering and analysis with clients.
  • Conducting fit-gap assessments on business needs.
  • Documenting requirements and user narratives.
  • Designing and documenting solutions, including strategies for pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, discount applications, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and integrations with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), tax, payment, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ensuring high code quality for the implementation team.
  • Guaranteeing the overall technical success of each project.
  • Building effective working relationships directly with clients.
  • Communicating technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, regardless of the audience's technical expertise.
  • Supporting the sales team in client interactions, product demonstrations, proposal responses, and pricing statements of work.
  • Facilitating end-to-end testing of solutions in collaboration with clients and consultants.
  • Providing expert guidance to the advisory team to assist in identifying and securing business opportunities.
  • Actively participating in business development efforts to uncover and research opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Mentoring and guiding other consultants at RE/SPEC.
  • Training clients on the solutions delivered by RE/SPEC and its technology partners.
  • Leading a diverse team of software engineers on complex software projects.
  • Addressing issues that hinder the team's effectiveness.
  • Operating in an advisory role to support the Advisory Program and Billing Program.
  • Collaborating with Project Management to define requirements and estimate project development costs.
