Junior Financial Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Exam Assistant in Tax and Finance to join our team at Spectrum Ventures.

• Support in planning and conducting audits related to annual, interim, and consolidated financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Provide ongoing consulting and support for clients in accounting-related, tax, or other business-related issues
• Independently process audit areas and prepare work papers
• Develop detailed planning for each assignment
• Accompany due diligence processes
• Offer consulting services for restructuring and reorganization

• Hold a completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting or taxation
• Be proficient in MS Office programs
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills
• Display an independent, thorough, and discreet work style
• Show a friendly and outgoing demeanor, team spirit
