Carside Server

Job Summary:

As a Carside Server at Applebee's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests over the phone and the last impression as you deliver their order with a smile, carside. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to make recommendations and anticipate the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests over the phone and in person
• Deliver orders with a smile and ensure that guests have a positive experience
• Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Anticipate the needs of guests and take initiative to provide a seamless experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that guests receive excellent service
