Are you a skilled advanced practice nurse seeking a fulfilling role in delivering empathetic healthcare? At Abode Care Partners, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives.
The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical services, managing both chronic and acute health conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring meticulous patient documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess an active state NP license, current national board certification, DEA registration, a Master's degree in Nursing, and a minimum of five years of nursing experience.
