Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Tru by Hilton Fayetteville NC. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome
• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet in a timely manner
• Maintain the breakfast dining area, including keeping it clean and organized
• Attend to guest needs and requests as necessary
• Ensure that buffet items and coffee are continuously stocked
• Operate all food preparation equipment in a safe manner
• Conduct inventory and order required items
• Label and rotate stock to ensure proper storage management
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment and surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner

Requirements

• Honest, customer-focused, reliable, friendly, and a team player
• Ability to perform duties exceptionally well with little supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and other employees
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; other languages are a plus
• ServSafe certification a plus
• Physical stamina to perform regular bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of 25 to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
