Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage candidate background checks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with candidates as needed.
  • Enter accurate information into HR systems, including background check results and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, including personnel files and screening documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to maintain accurate records and communicate screening status to hiring supervisors and managers.
  • Accurately enter candidate information and other relevant data into HR systems, including DCF and AHCA.
  • Complete E Verify and scan/upload documents to S Drive, HR, I9 folder.
  • Ensure required new employee documentation is completed, compiled, and entered into new employee personnel packets.
  • Scan and upload documents necessary for accurate submission of clinical licenses, auto insurance, driver's license, CPR/BLS, etc.
  • Train Front Desk staff in preparing and maintaining personnel files for timely processing and filing of all documentation.
  • Audit personnel files to ensure completeness.
  • Prepare for corporate audits and respond to auditor requests, presenting personnel and training records as needed.
  • Prepare routine and requested reports from HR systems as needed.
  • Process correspondence and respond to routine information requests from callers, investigating subject matter and preparing replies.
  • Provide information and referral to agency and community services for callers and visitors, processing subpoenas as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate DCF, AHCA, and Complete Rosters.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1 year of relevant experience working in Human Resources and/or recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College coursework, intermediate to advanced training in human resources and/or business.
  • Experience in Human Resources, including HRIS systems (Workday).
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
