Livewell DFW is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our team as a Partner and Lead Veterinarian. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to earn significant growth incentives as you build the practice, add teammates, and deliver exceptional client service.

Our team will support you every step of the way with hospital design, equipment procurement, recruitment, marketing, medical and operational support, and more.
Responsibilities- Build a strong client-first and collaborative practice culture
- Hire and manage hospital staff, including a hospital manager, veterinary technician, and other support staff
- Deliver excellent patient care and ongoing evaluation and management of clinical practices
- Ensure doctors effectively communicate with clients and educate them on preventative care
- Monitor associate doctor performance and stay up-to-date with changes in veterinary medicine through continuing education
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital financial performance
- Represent the hospital positively in the professional and local community
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
- 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian required
- Leadership/management experience is a plus
- Guaranteed base salary, regardless of production
