Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Chino Valley Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the physician and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
