Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
    • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Provide guidance and support to Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Client and Family Support
    • Provide direct services to clients and their families, including parent training and education.
    • Collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement behavior support plans.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including clients, families, and funding agencies.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or related field).
    • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
