Teller - Franklin

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Landmark Credit Union. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members, handling cash transactions, and promoting our credit union products and services.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and expedient teller services to members, resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services to increase sales and revenue.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals, and may assist in balancing the ATM.
• May train to perform open/closing duties, verify checks for other tellers, and perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to help in other positions within the branch.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
