Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of software developers involved in the design, development, maintenance, and support of Graduate School IT systems.
  • Manage client relationships, communication, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders across the University.
  • Support one or more functional business areas by maintaining software and documentation and by designing and implementing operational and system improvements.
  • Oversee complex automation projects, including establishing deadlines and deliverables, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality.
  • Test all aspects of software, including quality, features, security, usability, and accessibility.
  • Study new technologies to recommend and implement system upgrades, including third-party software packages.
  • Maintain industry-leading technical skills within the context and support structures of the Graduate School IT team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and team leadership, with excellent communication and project management skills.
