We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams in Alamogordo, NM. As a Veteran Care Audiologist, you will play a crucial role in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position that offers a stable schedule with no evenings, no on-call, and no weekends. You will work directly with Veterans, conducting a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, and completing a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in our computer portal. This forms the medical evidence that allows the VA to decide the veteran's benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process
  • Conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test
  • Complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in our computer portal
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Au.D degree from an ASHA Accredited school
  • A current license as an Audiologist
  • Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
