Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Outpatient therapy and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an Outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in an Outpatient setting
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
