We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Account Position at Wyman Wise - State Farm Agent. As a successful Producer, you will be responsible for recognizing opportunities and strategically turning leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
