Overview

Crunch Fitness is a rapidly growing company with a comprehensive fitness offering and affordable price point. As a District Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our club footprint throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple fitness locations and drive business growth
  • Built and maintain effective teams
  • Motivate and inspire staff to work towards common goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
Requirements
  • Multi-site fitness leadership experience
  • Personal training experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Possession of a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic
Compensation

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
