Job Summary:

To ensure the well-being of pool patrons by maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for pool users.
  • Enforce rules and regulations governing pool conduct.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area.
  • Work effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and the public.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • American Red Cross Shallow Water Lifeguard Training and First Aid, CPR/AED for the Lifeguard, Bloodborne Pathogens Training.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. objects.
  • Professional and mature attitude towards responsibilities, fellow staff, and patrons.

Uniform and Equipment:
Whistle, swim suit, rescue tube, resuscitation mask, automated external defibrillator, backboard, pool skimmers, and cleaning supplies.
