Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for performing ADLs as scheduled, assisting other Resident Assistants as needed, and maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. You will also monitor changes in residents' conditions, transferring and assisting residents with mobility, and ensuring residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have caregiving experience, a demonstrated commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care, while Assisted Living does not require any certifications.
