Roof Inspector

We are seeking skilled Roof Inspectors to join our team at Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians. As a Roof Inspector, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating property damage, including steep and high roofs, to provide accurate and reliable information to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to identify damage and assess its extent
• Use technology to document and report findings, including photographs and written descriptions
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to provide clear and concise information
• Work independently as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule and workload

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a vehicle suitable for transporting equipment and personnel
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and navigate steep and high roofs safely
• Strong technical skills and ability to use MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
• HAAG Certification is a plus, but not required
