Compensation and Benefits

As a W2-employed nursing professional with IntelyCare, you can expect a competitive hourly pay rate of $32-$64, which is 25% higher than the average. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, monitoring their physical and mental conditions, and tracking vital signs. You will also be responsible for performing resident intakes, documenting medical histories, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records.

To be successful in this role, you must have a current Pennsylvania state license to practice as an LPN, completion of an approved LPN educational program, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of six months of experience in an LPN or related role. You should also be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
