Server Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Santa Fe Cattle Company. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

• Communicate effectively with guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Manage tables, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their meal and that the dining area is clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered promptly and to the correct table.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and resetting tables.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws.
• Must be able to communicate in, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations from time to time.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift bus tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25lbs.
