Job Title: RN CVICU 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00); Night 4x12-Hour (1.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN CVICU to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a travel nurse, you will provide critical care to patients with potentially life-threatening heart conditions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the CVICU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee
  • 2+ years of experience in CVICU or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk between units
  • Ability to work in a smoke-free environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
