Senior Pilot

**Job Summary:**

CHI Aviation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Pilot to lead our flight operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement flight operations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of flight crews, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular training and proficiency checks for flight crew members to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on flight operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, including the FAA, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the flight operations team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a pilot in command on a FAR Part 135 aircraft.
• ATP Pilot's Certificate and a valid medical certificate.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring flight crew members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory agencies, management, and flight crew members.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to support flight operations and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications relevant to flight operations management.
