We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Room Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of post-operative patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding medications, treatment instructions, and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
- At least 2 years of experience in a PACU setting.
- Current licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse, with compact licensure accepted if applicable.
- Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
