Key Responsibilities

The Residential Development Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties to support the financial operations of the company.

This includes managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and collaborating with property managers and development teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with hands-on experience using Yardi software. Familiarity with Brix is a plus. Prior vertical home building accounting experience will be a huge benefit.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
