Intermountain Health is seeking a board-certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join our team at the St. George Regional Hospital Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Unit. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with physical disabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients with physical disabilities
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients
* Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to improve patients' functional abilities
* Educate patients and their families on self-care and rehabilitation techniques
Requirements:
* Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
* ACGME fellowship-trained in rehab medicine
* Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
