Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in post-acute facilities as an RN.
  • Discuss options for care and observe outcomes with physicians and other staff.
  • Develop care plans and best options with medical staff and residents.
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans.
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor their use.
  • Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab work.
  • Administer appropriate treatments and medications to residents.
  • Ensure proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Work with residents and family members regarding best care options.
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed.
  • Document resident histories and interventions properly.
  • Help with incident investigations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from approved nursing program.
  • At least 6 months of experience (RN or similar role).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
