Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for promoting a highly satisfied customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Associates at the Front End, ensuring the education and execution of the proper ringing sequence and the promotion of all loyalty programs.
  • Lead by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our REACH philosophy and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
