Client Technologies Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Technologies Specialist to join our team at ProSearch Maine. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch desktop support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level desktop support, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Install and update applications on Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system update failures.
- Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from user devices.
- Ensure all work is properly documented for future reference.
- Follow established quality standards for troubleshooting and remediation.
- Use remote technology to manage and resolve issues.
- Communicate status updates clearly and accurately to the team.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience in Windows OS administration and support.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and remediation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
