Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Plumbing Superintendent position will possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience supervising craft work in a self-performing environment.
• A minimum of 5 years in heavy industrial and institutional construction, with a focus on plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor production and manage costs effectively.
• Familiarity with management controls, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety measures during project execution.
• Previous hands-on experience in mechanical trades is essential, and relevant professional licensing is advantageous.
