This Safety Trainer role at M&H Valve Company is a critical position that involves developing and implementing EHS training programs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled trainer who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring personal safety and the safety of team members, creating and delivering training sessions, and coordinating industrial equipment for hands-on demonstrations.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Develop and implement EHS training programs that meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide services that require excellent presentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and EPA regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Prior safety training and manufacturing experience.
