Key Responsibilities- Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment for our staff and guests.
- Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitizing of dishes.
- Organize and maintain the dish room, including storing and retrieving dishes, utensils, and containers.
- Clean food preparation and production areas, including equipment and surfaces.
- Haul kitchen trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
