Overview:
Conifer Realty is actively seeking a dedicated and self-driven Cleaner to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the building and grounds.
- Perform cleaning duties in common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure restrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in cleaning during apartment turnovers.
- Manage waste disposal in designated areas.
- Store cleaning supplies safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in snow removal and emergency on-call tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in apartment cleaning or janitorial services.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Knowledge of safety regulations regarding hazardous materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
