Server / Waitstaff

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server/Waitstaff to join our team at Historic Taos Inn. As a Server/Waitstaff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Upsell food and beverage items, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

• 1-3 years of experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
