Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to define audit scope and select target samples using advanced Data Analytics tools.
  • Conduct financial, compliance, and various audits within designated timelines.
  • Utilize the Internal Audit Management system for planning, executing, and documenting audit activities.
  • Identify weaknesses in internal controls and propose enhancements to strengthen processes.
  • Assess audit outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of policies, controls, and reporting practices.
  • Prepare formal audit reports that summarize findings and recommendations, and monitor follow-up actions for process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Internal Controls, or Audit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, exceptional time management, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight trips.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA and/or CIA certification.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Background in IT Auditing and Fraud Investigation is advantageous.
