As an Express Car Wash Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain wash cleanliness and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Perform daily maintenance procedures and oversee tunnel cleanliness standards.
  • Responsible for detergent transfers, monitoring volumetrics, and performing hourly walkthroughs to maintain a consistent and high-quality wash for our guests.
  • Train guests on how to self-load by using our tested loading procedure.
  • Ensure the vacuum parking lot is clean and clear of any litter.
  • Empty trash and vacuum canisters, restock detail kits, and vending machines, and maintain the correct quantity of detergent in mat cleaners.
  • Situationally aware, keeping your eye on the pulse of the wash, and responsible for accident prevention by monitoring vehicles as they enter and exit the wash.
  • Assist the cashier with any issues that may arise and greet our guests as they pull up to our pay lane.
  • Promote our wash packages and unlimited memberships to help expedite the flow of traffic at the pay lane.
  • Welcome new guests or members in the vacuum area and confirm wash quality with our guest in the vacuum area.
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and energetic energy while at work.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Candidate must have strong work ethic, exceptional soft skills, and love people.
