PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain cleanliness standards within the facility by identifying issues and overseeing their resolution.
Conduct quality assessments, including Critical Control Points (CCP) and packaging inspections.
Ensure that production operations comply with quality and food safety regulations.
Verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) among all staff members.
Prepare labels and manage documentation processes.
Collect samples for microbiological analysis and facilitate testing submissions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Dependable attendance and reliability are essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-driven individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Basic mathematical proficiency; a High School Diploma or GED is advantageous.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or service environments is preferred.
Excellent communication abilities.
Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach at various levels.
Capacity to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Ability to work in a noisy environment with provided safety equipment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to changing instructions and tasks.
