Job Overview

Aerotek is currently hiring Assembly Line Workers for a manufacturing facility in La Crosse, WI.

This role involves assembling floor and roof trusses according to specifications, as well as performing various tasks such as pulling plates, stacking finished products, banding and marking materials, and pushing products on carts to the appropriate area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cut material into floor and roof trusses according to specifications.
  • Pull plates and stack finished products.
  • Band and mark materials.
  • Push products on carts to the appropriate area.

Essential Skills:

  • Assembly and construction skills.
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.25 - $19.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

The Assembly Line Worker will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that includes dust, dirt, and equipment noise. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required at all times, including glasses, gloves, and face masks.
