Mercy Health is seeking a skilled Ambulatory RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze assessment data, and create a plan of care.
- Implement treatment plans and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Administer medications safely and consistently with state and hospital policies.
- Coordinate patient care delivery and serve as a point of contact for care coordination throughout hospital departments.
- Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
- Associate of Nursing, nursing degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification (preferred).
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
