Job Summary:

This role will ideally reside and work in the Western Kentucky Territory, supporting the Bramco Group's sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the following activities in accordance with the Bramco Statement of Principles:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coverage and Retention: The Sales and Support Specialist will be responsible for the coverage, retention, development, and customer satisfaction of a specific group of customers within an assigned territory.
  2. Record Maintenance: The Sales and Support Specialist will maintain all required records regarding the customers in the assigned territory, including CRM Database, Component Forecasting System (CFS) for production machines, and other relevant systems.
  3. Sales and Service: The Sales and Support Specialist will perform the selling function regarding undercarriage, using CFS for track management, and ground engaging measurements. They will also sell service programs to assigned customers and ensure compliance with all company required information.
Job Duties:
  1. Coverage and Communication: The Sales and Support Specialist will cover the specified customers in a manner defined by the company, including all customer call coverage, call reports, and CRM database updates.
  2. Record Maintenance and Compliance: The Sales and Support Specialist will maintain all required records regarding the customers in the sales territory, including machine ownership records, expense books, and pending deals updates.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and work experience in heavy equipment sales industry preferred.
  • 2+ years of combined sales or technical experience.
  • Ability to load and unload small and large tractor parts from vehicles.
  • Ability to climb up and down on various pieces of construction equipment.
  • High proficiency in customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Window applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of heavy equipment applications.
  • Discretion in handling confidential company information.
  • Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.
  • Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company-related business.
  • Must pass background check, employment physical, and drug screen.
