Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
