JumpstartMD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Clinic Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, this team member will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and setting the tone for a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome patients, manage the patient calendar, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Customer Service: Provide extraordinary customer service, resolve conflicts, and maintain a strong knowledge base of JumpstartMD policies and procedures.
