Responsibilities:

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities. This includes:

  • Checking vital signs and providing regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observing residents' conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Providing a clean and sanitary environment for residents by changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and performing other tasks.
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors to address their concerns.
  • Moving residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements:

To be successful as a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents.
