Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Payson Care Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct rehab care to patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals for patients
  • Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT and PTA students
  • Chart patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
  • Current registration/licensure in applicable State
  • One (1) year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
