- Strong connection with senior client contacts in the insurance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance sub-sectors, including life, property and casualty, reinsurance, brokers, and healthcare.
- Significant experience with GAAP/Statutory financial statements, company valuations, capital structure/regulatory requirements, debt/FSR ratings, funding/capital markets, and investments.
- Knowledge of credit and loan agreements, ISDA/CSA documentation, MRA/TRS structures, risk management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients on a global basis.
- Well-organized with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- FINRA Series 79, 63, and 7 licenses.
