Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive sales through effective communication with customers, promoting products and services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Operate the register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Perform all regular cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Forecast, order, and stock merchandise, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 5 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. You will also need to be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend, reach, and move around the store as needed.
