Construction Superintendent Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction work activities
- Direct and manage assigned employees and subcontractors
- Ensure safe working conditions and quality workmanship
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a strong background in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with college courses or a degree in construction management preferred. Computer literacy and proficiency in software such as Primavera, Viewpoint, and BIM are also essential.
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
