Job Description:
As a Hospitality Ambassador at Kimpton, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests. This includes greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and ensuring they have everything they need during their stay. You'll also be in charge of coordinating reservations, seating, and taking room service orders. Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all restaurant guests and providing them with information about the area
- Providing fair and consistent seating of guests
- Accurately handling paperwork, stocking, and tidying the host stand
- Receiving incoming calls and booking reservations for guests
- Checking floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness, assisting in bussing tables
- Helping servers by refilling beverages when needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous customer service or hospitality experience. You should be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests. Knowledge of our restaurant point-of-sale system and reservation system is a plus. You'll also need excellent interpersonal communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to craft unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
